Coming Home Coalition is a grassroot community based project in Florida. What takes a holistic avenue towards lasting change. Creating opportunities for those who feel they have none, Coming Home Coalition is a program that works the whole body and not just aspects. We start with fixing the thought process and then work on the exterior changes last.
